Bill Spillane Biography:
Bill Spillane received a degree in Economics from Purdue University and studied law at Gonzaga University.His multifaceted career includes 32 years as a combat ready fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard, including numerous medals for fighting in Vietnam. He retired as a full colonel. Bill flew as an international airline pilot for Pan Am and for United Airlines and has been all over the world numerous times, as well as having lived in Europe and Asia. He devotes his time, energy, and money now to enacting the FairTax, a national retail sales tax which will replace the income tax, the payroll tax, and other taxes, along with a rebate so that the poor will not be taxed.

Bill Spillane (see bio) talked about the FairTax plan, which gets rid of personal and corporate taxes and replaces them with a national retail sales tax. Such a plan would mean US citizens wouldn’t have to file taxes, they’d have more cash, and there would be more jobs available, he said, noting that low income people would receive stipends to pay for the added retail tax.
